SPEAKING, WORKSHOPS, STAFF/STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
Terri Johnson is passionate about leadership development for students, teachers, and schools and believes everything has a leadership lesson. She is a highly respected teacher, mentor, workshop director, and motivational speaker. She founded the START STRONG PROGRAM to increase school climate, school scores, student attendance, graduation rates, and decrease the dropout rate in our schools. She is a wife, mother, sister, and friend.
Terri speaks regularly to educators and administrators at local, state, and national meetings who want to learn how to integrate leadership and school pride into their curriculum. She has been inducted into the Missouri Circle of Excellence; and in 2010, the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Association of Workshop Directors honored Terri's achievements as a nominee for the Earl Reum Award. The award, is given to “an outstanding teacher of teachers,” recognizes outstanding leadership and commitment to the development of excellence in student activities.
